Bot commands

The commands

• /close: close the ticket you are in, if you opened it.
• /invite: bring another member of the server into your ticket.
• /viewtickets: a link to My tickets, the page listing the tickets you have opened.
• /agentlogin: for support staff, a link to sign in to the panel.
• /about: a short description of webticketer.
• /bugreport: tell the webticketer team about something that is broken. A form asks for a title and what happened; you are given the report's number, and the bot messages you when it has been fixed.
• /report: tell the webticketer team that this server is misusing webticketer, for example for scams or harassment. A form asks what is happening. Nobody in the server is told that you sent it.

/close and /invite only work inside a ticket channel, and /report only inside a server. The other four also work in a direct message with the bot. Replies to all of them are visible only to you.
