For agents
Ticket lists
Sorting and filtering a queue, and creating a ticket for a member.
Reading a list
Every queue is the same table: one row per ticket, with its number, subject, type, who opened it, who it is assigned to, its status and when it last changed. Click a row to open the ticket. Click a member's name to see all of their tickets, or an agent's name to see that agent's queue.
Sorting and filtering
- Click a column's name to sort by it. Click again to reverse, and a third time to go back to the usual order.
- The small filter icon beside a column narrows the list. Text columns filter as you type; status, type and assignee are tick lists.
- All tickets also has a row of status buttons above the table, each with its count.
Creating a ticket for a member
You do not have to wait for a member to open a ticket. Create ticket, at the top right of the main queues, opens one for them.
Choose the member
Type the start of their name, or paste their Discord ID, and pick them. You can add more members: the first one you choose owns the ticket and the others are invited into it.
Name the ticket
The name is required. The member sees it as the ticket's subject.
Optionally, pick a type and write an opening message
With Send an opening message ticked, what you write is sent to the member straight away as your first reply, with your signature.
The member is mentioned in a new private channel, the ticket is assigned to you, and you land on its page.
