My tickets

A web page with the tickets you have opened, and control over the data held about you.

Your ticket history

My tickets lists the tickets you opened, across every server that uses webticketer, after you sign in with Discord. Typing /viewtickets anywhere the bot is gives you a link to it.

You can read each conversation there: your messages and the replies staff sent you. For a ticket that is still open there is a link straight to its Discord channel, which is where you reply.

A server chooses whether to share ticket history this way. If a server has not switched it on, its tickets are not listed, though they are still included in your data download.

Transcripts

In servers that share ticket history, the bot sends you a direct message when your ticket is closed, with a link to the full conversation.

Your data

My tickets also has two buttons that work in every server, whatever its settings:

  • Download my data gives you a file with every ticket you opened: your messages, the replies you were sent and the names of attached files.
  • Delete my data permanently deletes every ticket you opened, in every server, including any that are still open.
Deleting cannot be undone, by you or by anyone else.
