Connecting Tebex

Where to find the secret key, and what to fill in.

What you need

  • A premium server and a server admin to set it up.
  • The secret key of your Tebex webstore. In Tebex, open your webstore, then Developers and API Keys. Use the secret key, not the public token.

Connect it

  1. Open the card

    Go to Settings, Server settings, Integrations and find the Tebex card.

  2. Paste the secret key and switch it on

    Paste the key into Secret key, tick Show Tebex purchases to staff and press Save. The key is kept encrypted and is never shown again; leave the box empty later to keep it.

  3. Press Test connection

    It asks Tebex for your store's name. Connected to followed by the name means it works; otherwise the card says why.

In Tebex the same secret key can also change payments, and webticketer only ever reads with it. Keep it private, and create a new one in Tebex (then paste it here) if it ever leaks.

Disconnect Tebex deletes the key and every member's link in your server. Nothing in Tebex changes.
